Please allow 14–21 business days for the completion of all custom orders. Once your order is submitted, our artisans will begin crafting your unique, hand-designed piece. If the turnaround time exceeds 21 business days, we will notify you via email
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@thesolgazer.com.
As all our bespoke jewelry is crafted to custom specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, we are happy to work with you on revisions to ensure your piece meets your needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding your custom creation.
Payment Methods & Security
We gladly accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience. For your safety and protection, we do not accept digital payment methods such as Zelle or Apple Pay. If you wish to pay through one of these platforms, please contact us directly at info@thesolgazer.com.
Please note that full payment is required prior to the shipment of all jewelry orders.
