Turnaround Time for Custom Orders
Please allow for a 14- 21 business day turnaround for all custom orders.
Once your order has been submitted we will begin work on your custom hand designed piece. Should the turnaround time exceeds 21 business days you will be notified via email.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you receive an order that is damaged please contact us immediately either via email at sol@solgazersociety.com or contact us at 832.225.2130.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for bespoke jewelry as it is made to custom design specifications. We will, however, work to make revisions to suit your needs. Please be sure to contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding your custom piece.
Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal.
If you wish to use a digital method of payment such as Zelle or Apple Pay please contact us directly via email at sol@solgazersociety.com or at 832.225.2130 to schedule payment.
Full payment is required prior to jewelry shipment on all orders.

Yes. We offer all services virtually through zoom at this time.
